* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred.
* Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security operations, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a casino, hotel, or large entertainment venue environment.
* Valid Guard Card/Security License as required by state and local regulations.
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant laws and regulations (e.g., gaming regulations).
* Proficient in using security equipment such as surveillance systems, two-way radios, and alarm systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure and during emergency situations.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate reports.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
