About the Role
AGAD Technology is expanding its digital operations and looking for a full-time Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead and accelerate our ERP rollout.
You will be the main driver of Odoo across all company departments — ensuring smooth implementation, customization, data integrity, and adoption of the system across Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, and Accounting modules.
This is a strategic position where you’ll work closely with leadership to transform business workflows into efficient, automated processes.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, Accounting, Dashboards).
•
Work directly with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
•
Customize and configure Odoo modules using Odoo Studio, Python, and custom module development.
•
Manage data migration, system integrations (APIs), and report/dashboard creation.
•
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, payroll, and HR operational flows within Odoo.
•
Oversee system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
•
Collaborate with management to design and improve performance and financial dashboards.
