Your role and responsibilities
In the role of Infrastructure Monitoring Expert, you will have the opportunity to deliver holistic monitoring capabilities by gathering and analyzing operational status information, with a strong focus on maximizing user experience and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the current monitoring landscape while ensuring alignment with Observability standards, frameworks, and policies.
The role is responsible for enabling proactive and efficient monitoring and alerting across complex infrastructure environments. You will work closely with internal IS Observability teams, Domain Hosting teams, and Business Areas to define, configure, and implement relevant metrics and monitoring solutions.
As a key technical expert with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, you will leverage your expertise to improve organizational effectiveness, drive operational excellence, and support the organization’s vision and strategic objectives.
