About the role
At Quorum, our “product” isn’t just our software; it’s our people. We are looking for a 100% remote (based in Brazil) AI GTM Systems Manager who is a hands-on builder, systems thinker, and revenue growth driver. This isn’t just an ops role—it’s an opportunity to shape how artificial intelligence powers the entire customer journey across our global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
The Impact You’ll Have
As an AI GTM Systems Manager, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, you are the technical engine bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world revenue execution. You will design, deploy, and optimize agentic workflows that drive pipeline velocity—from account research and personalized outbound execution to CRM synchronization and deal support. You will also own and operate Quorum’s AI SDR Outbound Motion end-to-end, and be accountable for the pipeline it generates. By turning GTM friction into automated, high-performing AI solutions, you will directly influence Quorum’s scalable growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
•
Agentic Workflow Architecture: Build and maintain intelligent AI agents across the entire customer lifecycle—from awareness and evaluation through procurement, onboarding, adoption, and renewal—including campaign ideation, audience discovery, competitive intelligence, account research, and account-based sales support.
•
AI SDR Outbound Motion: Own and operate the AI SDR outbound program end-to-end as a system of record—prospect list generation, waterfall enrichment (via Clay or equivalent platforms), sequencing, reply management, and hand-offs to Account Executives, including qualification criteria and SLA for follow-up. Own outbound pipeline targets (pipeline $ generated, meetings booked and held) and report against them on a regular cadence. Manage the voice and guardrails of the AI SDR persona—tone, claims made, and escalation triggers for human takeover.
•
AI Infrastructure & Tooling: Design prompt templates, tool definitions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines over internal content libraries and CRM data using frameworks like Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, and MCP connectors.
•
Production Operations & Guardrails: Implement safety protocols, PII protection, and content filtering; track token usage, latency, and costs; and monitor sending infrastructure (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) to guarantee high deliverability and regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR).
•
Measurable Revenue Impact: Run performance experiments (A/B testing on prompts/workflows) and track core metrics—pipeline generated, meetings booked/held, opportunity creation velocity, pipeline coverage, time-to-first-touch, response SLAs, AE time saved, and deliverability health (bounce rate, spam-complaint rate)—to continuously optimize system outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with frontline Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to translate operational pain points into clear AI initiatives, scoping projects with clear success criteria and timelines, leading pilot programs, and creating user enablement documentation and training.
About You
•
The Experienced Builder: You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience building or operating AI/ML applications and LLM agentic workflows, coupled with 5+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or MarTech within a B2B SaaS environment.
•
Technical & Tooling Savvy: You have hands-on experience with Claude Code (or a comparable agentic coding tool) for building, deploying, and versioning production GTM tooling—not just prototyping. You’re proficient with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), prompt engineering, basic Python, Clay (waterfall enrichment, AI columns), RAG systems and vector databases, webhooks, and modern automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Salesforce, Marketo). You have working knowledge of MCP or similar connector frameworks.
•
Data-Driven & Systems-Minded: You understand email deliverability dynamics, compliance standards (CAN-SPAM/GDPR), and how to measure ROI through concrete KPIs like conversion rates, deliverability health, and pipeline creation.
•
Collaborative Communicator: You excel at translating complex, technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders, gathering user requirements, and turning frontline feedback into actionable system enhancements.
•
Agile Learner: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, master new agentic frameworks quickly, and are excited to grow your technical depth on the job.
Nice to Have
•
Experience shipping production agentic systems or AI-powered SaaS products.
•
Background in software engineering, data engineering, or MLOps.
•
Experience with evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith, etc.) and LLM observability tools.
•
Prior consulting or embedded experience with revenue teams.
•
Certifications in LLM development, AI engineering, or major GTM platforms.
•
Contributions to open-source AI projects or technical writing about agentic systems.
