The primary focus of this role is to lead Payroll operations in Mexico, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while supporting a rapidly growing organization.
Today, the role oversees payroll for approximately 310 HQ employees and 4,300 Operations employees in Mexico. As the business continues to scale, both the team and payroll population are expected to grow, making process optimization, automation, and strong operational leadership critical.
Over time, this role may expand to a broader LATAM scope, depending on the candidate’s experience, business priorities, and regional growth.
