Specific Responsibilities Include:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system/network administration, business or related field or equivalent years of experience is required.
Work Experience: At least three years of experience as a cybersecurity and/or infrastructure analyst. Additional experience as a help desk technician is a plus.
Travel: This position will require no business travel.

• Possesses working knowledge of cybersecurity practices, infrastructure operations, and enterprise technology environments, including networks, servers, cloud services, identity platforms, endpoints, and business applications.

• Applies strong analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting skills to identify issues, evaluate information, and recommend practical solutions.
• Understands how secure, reliable, and well-managed technology services enable organizational effectiveness and business success.
• Learns new technologies quickly, synthesizes information from multiple sources, and communicates technical concepts in clear, concise, and actionable terms.
• Demonstrates a customer-focused and collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide professional technical assistance to users and business partners.
• Effectively prioritizes multiple responsibilities, maintains attention to detail, and remains calm and adaptable amid changing demands, service disruptions, and priority incidents.

• Possesses strong computer literacy and experience with a range of enterprise technologies, including cybersecurity platforms, Windows and macOS systems, mobile devices, networking technologies, cloud-hosted services, productivity applications, and IT service management tools.
