About the role
As a Senior Financial Analyst on our FP&A team covering Revenue & GTM, you will take on an advanced role supporting financial analysis, reporting, and modeling with a focus on commercial performance. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and GTM leaders.
Core Responsibilities
•
Support revenue reporting and forecasting, partnering closely with GTM leads to track performance and assist in planning cycles.
•
Assist in building and maintaining revenue models that reflect the core drivers of the business — volume, pricing, and mix across products, clients, and verticals.
•
Analyze revenue trends and volume drivers to identify performance variances and inform GTM and pricing conversations.
•
Contribute to go-to-market financial planning, including client-level revenue analysis, territory planning, and sales commissions models in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
•
Help develop and maintain dashboards for key commercial metrics to give leadership clear visibility into business performance.
•
Prepare revenue variance analysis — identifying drivers behind performance trends and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
•
Partner cross-functionally on pricing and deal economics to evaluate the financial impact of GTM initiatives and new client structures.
•
Support strategic planning cycles, including long-range forecasting and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
Key Qualifications
•
An undergraduate degree is required. Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred.
•
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a structured Finance environment, with a focus on financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking.
•
Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud Reporting & Planning or similar Enterprise-level financial packages is preferred.
•
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivots, VLookup, IF statements, etc., are essential for complex financial modeling and analysis.
•
Strong understanding of three-statement financial modeling and financial planning processes.
•
Experience utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to drive business insights and decision-making.

Special Work Conditions
•
Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
