● Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
● Ticket sales experience is preferred, but not required
● Knowledge of USA Hockey and the U18 Men’s Championships is strongly preferred but not required.
● Previous customer service or retail sales experience a plus; display a genuine desire to help people
● Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
● Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
● Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
● Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported
TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights and weekends as requested
● The work is sedentary in nature
● Walking, standing, bending and carrying of light office items may be required
● The work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate-controlled office environment
● May require occasional travel, less than 5%
