● Engineering background: ABachelor’s Degree in Structural or Energy Engineering is nice to have. A genuine passion for the construction field is a strong plus.
● MEP design experience: A few years of hands-on experience designing civil or industrial MEP installations - electrical, cold/hot water supply, waste/drain, heating, cooling, ventilation, security, and/or home automation. You don’t need to cover every category (e.g. electrical-only experience is fine); depth in even one or two of these is valuable. Experience with complex, high-end residential, industrial, or pharmaceutical installations is a plus, as is a background as a thermal/HVAC designer.
● Design tools: Comfortable working with AutoCAD or equivalent MEP design software.
● Customer-first mindset: A design-thinking approach that puts the end user first, with the ability to grasp complex systems quickly and consistently bring fresh ideas to the table.
● Passion for UX, software & technology: Real interest in user experience and software design. Curiosity about or hands-on experience with AI tools, for example, having built a website, dashboard, or automated a workflow with AI is a strong plus.
● Ownership & project management: A proactive self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
● Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align partners and stakeholders across the business.
● English: Outstanding English B2 level or above.
