Under general supervision, provides professional nursing services and patient care in a variety of settings. Follows established nursing process, including patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Ensures adherence to hospital and department policies, and nursing procedures, standards, and practices. Clinical decision-making incorporates all four phases of the nursing process, critical thinking, and creativity.
