Job Summary
In the fast-paced, quickly-evolving Healthcare industry, responsive, agile, reliable, and scalable technology is key to achieving HCSC’s business objectives. As we continue to transform our business and technology capability, HCSC will adopt and scale new technologies to improve our responsiveness to our members, while at the same time driving operational efficiency. Intelligent Automation, the intersection of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) with advanced analytics/AI, presents a unique opportunity to enhance our business capabilities. The IPAL (Intelligent Process Automation Lab) is building a team of experts charged with scaling our delivery capability and helping to shape/drive automation opportunities.
This position is responsible for assisting the IPAL Lead in business interactions / relationship management, demand consolidation and prioritization, and portfolio strategy / roadmap. Responsibilities include automation use case and POD expansion throughout the organization and ensuring the program adheres to industry best discovery practices, establishes discovery COE, and governs prioritization of high-impact use cases.
Requirements
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 9 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
* Experience in Intelligent Automation, including RPA, Generative AI and Agentic AI (UiPath or other platforms).
* Excellent inter-personal communication skills, communicating with Business process owners and leadership.
* Business Analysis expertise on an RPA platform (UiPath or other)
* 4+ years’ experience with Automation (RPA ideal) with 6+ years of overall experience
* Experience working with RPA Process Definition Documents (PDD) ensuring Process Understanding goals like as-is path and bot-path.
* Ability to multi-task and support development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables
* Certification: UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
