Responsibilities:

Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer positions to evaluate candidates’ coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with PHP and related technologies.

Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop and refine interview questions and assessment techniques to ensure they meet the specific needs of the PHP developer roles.
•
Provide detailed and constructive feedback on candidates’ technical skills and potential cultural fit to the hiring managers and recruitment team.
•
Stay updated with the latest PHP developments and frameworks to maintain a high standard of technical interviewing.
Requirements
•
Extensive experience in PHP development, including a deep understanding of popular PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
•
Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
•
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
•
Professional demeanor with the ability to provide unbiased and helpful feedback to candidates.
