About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple customers, countries, engineers, subcontractors, and service partners. This includes overseeing technical resource coordination, client communication, schedules, scope, risks, deliverables, financial performance, and overall project execution.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and drive end-to-end delivery of complex, global IT projects. You will join the Philippines-based team supporting a fast-growing American IT services company. You will help deliver and coordinate international IT field services, with the opportunity to shape processes and build the team as it continues to expand.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•
Manage end to end delivery of IT professional services projects across multiple customer locations and international regions
•
Manage projects involving networking, wireless, low voltage, data center infrastructure, infrastructure refreshes, hardware deployments, end user computing, and field services
•
Develop and maintain project schedules, deployment plans, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer deliverables
•
Coordinate and manage field engineers, subcontractors, international service partners, and other technical resources
•
Ensure engineers and partners are properly matched to each engagement based on technical skillset, certifications, location, availability, and customer requirements
•
Serve as the primary communication point between customers, internal operations, engineers, subcontractors, and international partners
•
Lead customer project meetings, internal delivery meetings, project kickoffs, status calls, and escalation discussions
•
Monitor project progress, labor utilization, schedules, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance
•
Manage project escalations and coordinate corrective actions when schedules, resources, site conditions, or technical issues impact delivery
•
Ensure required project documentation and deliverables are collected, reviewed, and completed according to customer requirements
•
Manage multi-site deployment schedules and coordinate simultaneous work across different regions and time zones
•
Work closely with operations and leadership to improve project delivery processes, documentation, resource management, and partner performance
•
Monitor engineer and partner performance and help maintain a reliable international service delivery network
•
Support project forecasting, labor planning, project financial tracking, change management, and identification of potential scope changes or additional effort
•
Provide clear executive and customer reporting regarding project status, risks, milestones, issues, and upcoming activities
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
•
Significant experience managing IT professional services, infrastructure, field services, or technology deployment projects
•
Strong understanding of networking, wireless, data center infrastructure, low voltage cabling, end user computing, and IT infrastructure deployments
•
Experience managing engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and international service partners
•
Strong customer facing project management and communication experience
•
Ability to manage multiple complex projects, customers, regions, and technical resources simultaneously
•
Strong experience with project schedules, risk management, escalation management, resource planning, status reporting, and change management
•
Strong organizational, leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills
•
Ability to operate independently while coordinating closely with internal operations and executive leadership
•
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will communicate directly with US customers, engineers, and partners and must be able to write clear, professional, customer-facing communications
Advantageous Experience/Skills:
•
Experience in IT professional services firms, global system integrators, managed service providers, field services organizations, telecom companies, data center service providers, or large-scale technology deployment environments
•
Experience supporting North American clients while working from the Philippines
•
Experience managing multi-site or international IT projects
•
Experience managing projects across multiple countries and time zones
•
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
