Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Specialist with experience in the logistics or transport industry. This role combines customer communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping across internal systems.

Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.

Provide administrative support, including document management and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
Requirements

Proven experience in the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
•
Strong phone and email communication skills in a customer-facing role.
•
Experience with booking systems and schedule management.
•
High attention to detail with strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
•
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
•
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
•
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
