This role is part of Alcon’s Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency. The Supervisor, Production Management (Management Path), is primarily responsible for leading team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes. You will manage production activities, liaise with departments to develop schedules, and drive continuous improvement. This new Shift Head (Supervisor) will support production setting, preparation, managing production team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma 4 (Preferably in Engineering)
• Good at spoken and written English
• 3-5 years of experience in production operations within the manufacturing industry
