Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent branch customers by providing customized wealth management and financial planning solutions.

Achieve individual sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new clients and the cross-selling of financial products, including investments and insurance.

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular financial portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with clients’ financial objectives and risk appetites.

Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies to mitigate risk.

Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Requirements
•
University degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
•
Demonstrated experience in relationship management, wealth management, or financial advisory within the consumer banking sector.
•
Possession of required regulatory certifications for financial advisory and investment sales.
•
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and insurance products.
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
•
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales and performance targets.
