Master of Laws (LL.M.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Juris Doctor (J.D.), or equivalent professional law degree from an accredited law school, with a master’s degree in law or an equivalent postgraduate legal qualification preferred. Qualified to practice law in China Minimum 5–8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a multinational corporation and/or a reputable law firm, with substantial experience supporting commercial transactions. Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably in the media, advertising, procurement, technology or related industries. Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing commercial disputes and coordinating with external counsel. Excellent legal drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across business functions and senior management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while exercising sound legal judgment. Excellent written and spoken English
