Where You’ll Make a Difference
•
Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock;
•
Solve problems of raw material shortages;
•
Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned dayto-
day planning process;
•
Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning;
•
Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off;
and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
What Makes You The Right Fit
•
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
•
At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply plannings, or operations.
•
Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
•
Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modeling and exception‑based planning.
•
Experiences in a role that required a deep understanding of customer requirements.
•
Strong communication abilities.
•
Solution oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•
