As the Training Systems & Compliance Coordinator for Merit Restorations, you will be working directly for the Director of Training & Compliance. This position serves as the operational control tower for Merit’s Training & Compliance function, maintaining the systems, records, development tracking, certifications, program requirements, and reporting that give Merit clear visibility into employee readiness and compliance risk. This is a full-time position based at Corporate, with hybrid work as appropriate.
The Coordinator keeps the department proactive rather than reactive by maintaining accurate information, surfacing upcoming requirements, and identifying exceptions before they become business problems — always working to answer one question: do we know what is required, who is qualified, what is coming due, who is developing, and where performance is beginning to drift.
This position surfaces the gap; Training & Compliance decides the intervention, the Restoration Training Specialist develops the employee, and the Branch Manager owns execution and accountability, with the Coordinator tracking the result. Accordingly, this role does not own employee performance management, field coaching or competency decisions, Training & Compliance strategy, or carrier/TPA relationship ownership. What it does own is the visibility — surfacing the gap early and tracking it through to resolution.
