We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Customer & Logistics Coordinator to support our specialist TradeCo operation within the Health & Beauty business.
TradeCo supports large-scale customers who require bulk delivery services. Customer relationships and commercial negotiations are managed by our Trading Account Managers (TAMs), who work directly with customers to agree pricing, volumes and commercial terms.
As Customer & Logistics Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer orders are accurately processed, assembled and delivered in line with agreed service levels.
To achieve this, you’ll work closely with multiple teams including Commercial, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Transport and Customer Finance. While you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, you won’t be responsible for managing those functions directly. Instead, you’ll act as the central coordinator, ensuring the right information reaches the right teams at the right time and that orders continue to move smoothly through the fulfilment process.
