This role will focus on building sustainable patient-identification infrastructure across the HDV diagnostic and referral systems helping translate pre-launch investment into a more visible, connected and launch-ready patient population. The Associate Director will lead commercial initiatives designed to increase HDV testing, expand appropriate reflex and double-reflex testing approaches, reduce barriers within the diagnostic journey, and accelerate identification of patients living with HDV.

Working closely with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Commercial Analytics, Field Teams, Market Access, and other cross-functional partners, the Associate Director will translate market, customer, diagnostic, and community insights into actionable programs. The role will also build strategic partnerships with diagnostic laboratories, health systems, community organizations, and other external stakeholders to develop and scale innovative approaches to patient identification.
This role is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial, analytical, and highly collaborative professional who is comfortable building new capabilities, testing innovative approaches, and driving initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.
