Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall, minor electrical, and plumbing work
•
Evaluate project needs and provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers
•
Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
•
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding project progress
•
Maintain clean and organized job sites, respecting client homes and property
•
Track project time, materials, and invoices using company systems
•
Follow all safety procedures and local building codes
•
Use personal tools and work truck to transport materials and equipment
Requirements
Must Have:
•
3+ years of successful experience as a Carpenter or Craftsman
•
Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
•
Own a standard set of tools
•
Own a work truck
Nice to Have:
•
Estimation skills
•
Prior home inspection experience
