Responsibilities: * Provide clinical and dual diagnosis services including individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and substance use education, using evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and harm reduction * Support consumer empowerment and recovery by promoting autonomy, informed choice, community integration, and respectful, trauma-informed care that upholds dignity, cultural sensitivity, and human rights * Coordinate and manage care as a primary case manager for assigned consumers, participating in treatment planning, assessments, documentation, and regular interdisciplinary team meetings * Build therapeutic relationships to assess client strengths, needs, and functional abilities, delivering targeted problem-solving interventions * Contribute to team development and coverage by leading dual diagnosis efforts, providing training and supervision support, attending required meetings and trainings, managing shift coverage, and participating in the 24/7 on-call rotation
