About the role
Keywords Studios is looking for addition to our warehouse operations associates for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis, IN. The warehouse team focuses on the completion of receiving, inventory, shipping, stickering, supply management, destruction, & special projects.
This role offers the chance for upward mobility, growth & skill development in this & to other departments with the client.
Daily responsibilities include:

Cycle Counting
•
Stickering & labeling
•
Cooler Construction
•
Supply Preparation & management
•
Specialty Projects
•
Assist with conduct of Special Security Substances (SSS) Inventories

Requirements
•
Strong Organization & multi-tasking ability
•
Experience with inventory management – preferably clinical trial, not mandatory
•
Solid communication skills - This role communicates with multiple teams on site so having an ability to work in a collaborative team environment is essential
•
Natural attention to details while working on multiple projects
•
Candidates must pass our client’s background and drug screen
•
Experience in a regulated industry - preferably pharmaceutical but similar experience is acceptable
•
Education requirement - High school degree or GED
•
Strongly familiar with basic Windows systems
•
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, &systems highly desirable
Work place requirements
•
Comfortable with being lifted 25 feet on forklift and cherry picker (training will be provided)
•
Able to work up to 8 hours in 42 degrees - equipment will be provided on first day
•
Will be needed to bend & lift 50 pounds
