About the job
Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily import, export, inventory, and shipping operations.
You will work closely with the warehouse, sales, finance, suppliers, and regional teams to ensure goods and shipments are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Process goods receiving and inventory transactions in SAP.
•
Prepare import, export, and shipping documents.
•
Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
•
Process stock transfers, loan orders, and return shipments.
•
Check freight, shipping, and duty invoices for accuracy.
•
Manage marine insurance declarations and assist with claims when required.
•
Maintain proper shipping and inventory records for audit purposes.
•
Support stock counts, inventory audits, and other logistics projects.
•
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements

•
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, inventory, or order coordination.
•
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
•
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
•
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
•
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini is an advantage.
