Coordinating with SMEs and vendors to design appropriate training curricula.

Designing training methods that align with the training curriculum.

Regularly updating the STC training catalog.
•
Adding local Siloam Hospitals Group content to training programs organized by professional organizations or colleges.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor/ Master Degree in level from any major
•
Experienced in developing training curriculum for 2 years
•
Good team player
•
Good in building the relationship with our Subject Matter Expert in clinical background
