We’re looking for a high-producing, high-speed Master Technician with a minimum of 3 years of Kia experience. If you’re passionate about Kia, work efficiently, and take pride in delivering exceptional quality, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
The Master Automotive Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest dealership and manufacturer standards while ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
•
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns.
•
Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards.
•
Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services.
•
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
•
Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow.
•
Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.
Qualifications
•
Required: Minimum 3 years of Kia dealership experience as a Master Technician.
•
ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred.
•
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
•
High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented.
•
Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
•
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
•
The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $50.00.
