About the role
We are seeking individuals who are curious, adaptable, quick thinkers, and truly passionate about technology. As a Junior DevSecOps, you will participate in a structured training program and gain hands-on experience to prepare for delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
•
Engage in the development, deployment, and operation of DevSecOps environments.
•
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
•
Support in automating system provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and security hardening.
•
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance delivery, performance, and security.
•
Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of system or infrastructure issues.
•
Document your work and share knowledge within the team.
Required Skills & Competencies
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
•
No professional experience needed
•
Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, or Python/scripting
•
Good communication skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
•
Passion for technology and embracing challenges
•
Ability to write and speak in English
Nice to have
•
Hands-on experience with DevOps technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Docker, Terraform, or similar.
•
Cybersecurity expertise or specialization.
•
Cloud experience or certifications (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP welcomed).
•
Recent exposure to DevOps projects using:
•
Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools.
•
CI/CD or GitOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, FluxCD, ArgoCD, etc.).
•
Kubernetes and containerization.
