As Teneo continues to grow its operations in across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, we are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our Global People Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the firm’s Hong Kong SAR office.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, Asia Pacific & Middle East, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Teneo’s talent strategy across some of our fastest growing and most dynamic markets.
Partnering closely with senior business leaders, People Partners, and the wider Global Talent Acquisition team, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, helping to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across multiple business segments.
This role requires a commercially minded talent acquisition professional who can operate strategically while also delivering hands-on recruitment excellence. You will bring a strong understanding of diverse talent markets, experience navigating complex multi-jurisdictional hiring environments, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre talent, enhancing the candidate experience, driving process improvements, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and best-in-class approach to hiring across the region.
