•Provides Engineering assessment on issues stopping production.
•Responsible for optimizing production process, designing efficient systems, and ensuring the quality of assembled products
•Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.
•Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
•Collaborate with various teams to improve workflows, implement new processes and design iterations, deploy new technology into the manufacturing line.
•Communicates effectively within and outside of own team to explain facts, policies, and practices of the work area.
•Can influence decision makers with recommended course of action.
•Works autonomously with moderate supervision on smaller projects or task related activities.
•Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
