Responsibilities
The receptionist is responsible for:

Welcoming customers from arrival to departure
•
Informs the client about the conditions of stay, formalities and hotel services
•
Transmits necessary information to other departments
•
Switchboard management
•
Cash management
•
Correspondence management
Qualifications

Professional experience in a similar position

Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian
