Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the performance of the bank’s digital channels, including website, mobile app, and online banking platform
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the user experience and customer journey
•
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to develop data-driven strategies for enhancing digital channel engagement and conversion
•
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital channel usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact
•
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital channel management and customer experience
•
Contribute to the development and execution of the bank’s overall digital strategy
Requirements
•
Have experience in digital channel management, customer experience, or a related field
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
•
Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
•
Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
