Lead end-to-end Project management for Server product development, including Project planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination
Define and manage Project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with business and technical goals

Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Management, quality, Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive smooth product launches
Act as the key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into deliverables

Risk Management & Issue Resolution
Proactively identify and mitigate risks across technical, resource, and schedule dimensions
Drive resolution of critical issues and ensure timely escalation when needed

Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Maintain strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Continuously improve Project management processes and tools
Apply best practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
