You’ll join the CAPEX & MRO Procurement team, which is responsible for global sourcing, category direction, market intelligence, vendor selection, and contracting across several manufacturing-related categories. We work closely across sites and functions to support sustainable growth and optimise total cost of ownership. Collaboration is central to how we work, and you’ll be part of a team that values partnership, alignment, and shared success.
Success means building a supplier base that can support evolving automation and robotics ambitions while maintaining flexibility, resilience, sustainability, compliance, and lead-time performance. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you’ll help strengthen category maturity and support growth plans through strong partnerships with technical leaders, procurement colleagues, and strategic suppliers. Your work will help ensure the right capabilities are in place at the right time to support the future of LEGO manufacturing.
