Craft
Strong B2B enterprise marketing experience, ideally enterprise SaaS or technology. You will have proven experience owning and running programs that move pipeline.
An understanding of lifecycle marketing. You have built lifecycle programs from scratch, made data-driven optimization decisions, and moved lead-to-Closed/Won conversion metrics.
Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms, with deep fluency in Google Analytics—independently configuring conversion events, tracking, and reporting infrastructure, plus experience with Tableau, Looker, and A/B testing tools.
Ideally, you have experience with Demandbase, 6sense and Hubspot.
AI fluencyYou actively use AI tools in your work today. Not as a novelty, but as infrastructure. You have a point of view on what AI does well, where it fails, and where the human still earns the call.
You’re comfortable briefing agents, building skills, reviewing outputs critically, and iterating prompts and workflows.
You see AI as a leverage multiplier for senior marketers, not a threat to the craft.
Data fluencyYou read dashboards before meetings, not after. You pull your own data, build your own views, and ask sharper follow-up questions than the report shows.
You make decisions from data without being paralyzed by it. You know when the data is good enough to move and when it’s not. You can tell the story behind the numbers in a way executive leadership can act on. What worked. What didn’t. What to do next.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing Ops and our finance team to build and maintain dashboards, providing ongoing insights and clear reporting on campaign results.
