Your unique contribution
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Victorian Field Sales Team with Pernod Ricard, a friendly and collaborative team who live our purpose of being creators of conviviality.
You will be the Account Manager for our Melbourne Bayside and Southeast territory, managing and growing relationships with independent retail customers across a diverse and established customer base. The territory spans from St Kilda through to Mordialloc along the Port Phillip Bay coastline, extending into key eastern suburbs, with a monthly regional day trip to Lake Eildon & High country.
You would be joining a Global company with Iconic brands, great reputation with dedicated career development and more importantly a team which enjoy having fun and supporting each other.
Responsibilities
•
Manage a portfolio of independent retail customers across Melbourne’s Bayside and Southeast territory
•
Execute sales, distribution and promotional objectives across priority brands
•
Build strong customer partnerships through regular engagement and commercial insights
•
Identify opportunities to expand distribution, visibility and promotional effectiveness
•
Analyse territory performance and identify emerging market opportunities
•
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
•
Champion Pernod Ricard’s premium portfolio and drive execution of customer and company initiatives
What you will bring to the role
•
Proven sales experience preferably within a FMCG industry,
•
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
•
Passionate, driven, ambitious salesperson who is results orientated
•
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success
•
Understanding of current market and industry trends advantageous, with a passion for Spirits & RTD
•
Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline would be advantageous however not essential
•
Full driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory
