About the role
We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer who can create bold, commercially successful designs that elevate our brands across packaging, retail, digital and marketing channels.
OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for designing packaging, presentations, marketing materials and digital assets for products sold through some of the world’s largest retailers. This role combines creativity, technical packaging expertise and strong project management skills.
Create website layouts, digital ads, social media assets and email marketing content.

Support retailer presentations, product launches and new business opportunities.
Global Collaboration
•
Work closely with the Head of Product Development (Sydney) and Technical Director (California).
•
Coordinate with printers and suppliers in China and Thailand.
•
Be flexible with working hours when required to support print approvals and production deadlines.
Requirements
•
5–7+ years’ experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging or consumer products.
•
Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, print, presentation and digital design.
•
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
•
Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes and prepress requirements.
•
Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers.
•
Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
