Summary/Objective:
The Influencer Coordinator will focus on supporting VICI’s influencer marketing needs, PR initiatives, and other ad-hoc marketing projects. They will assist the Influencer Marketing Team on carrying out all existing influencer collaborations – both paid and earned as well as aid in expanding VICI’s existing influencer talent base. They will collaborate with the social marketing team to support owned media needs, especially as it relates to content creation from influencers. The ideal candidate will have a background in influencer marketing, an understanding of the fashion industry, and a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns and events. Additionally, the candidate will need to be organized, well-spoken, with a positive, can-do attitude. Attention to detail and clear business writing are also required skills.
What Will You Do:
INFLUENCER & PR ORDERS
•
Works with both paid and gifted influencers and managers on a daily basis to review selections and process orders, coordinate product needs, and ensure all gifting is fulfilled accurately and on time.
•
Communicates with influencer partners and/or their managers to ensure all orders are being processed accurately and in a timely fashion
•
Leads the daily influencer sales orders, records information in NetSuite, submits applicable orders through Shopify, and works with the product teams when needed.
•
Owns creation of product request forms for outfit selections via product keys and updating the influencer line sheets per campaign type and focus, including dressing docs and other product selection materials as needed.
•
Helps get all PR requests sent out in a timely fashion and provides appropriate tracking information
•
Owns and manages influencer landing pages, including initial setup, adding new product selections, removing sold-out styles, and ensuring pages remain accurate and up to date throughout each campaign.
•
Manages influencer discount code creation, setup, and blacklisting, ensuring each creator has the correct offer, and codes are activated for the appropriate campaign duration.
•
Provides influencers and managers with all necessary campaign materials, including discount codes, landing pages, briefs, talking points, and linking details, in a timely manner.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
•
Assists in reviewing influencer content and sharing across all social media platforms; Works closely with social marketing team to ensure content needs are met and fulfilled plus partners and collaborates on content plan
•
Partners with the influencer team in sharing product feedback with the merchandising team
INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIPS & CONTENT
•
Assists with negotiating and managing contracts, budgets, and deliverables for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs
•
Reviews influencer content once live to ensure deliverables are met and collects feedback to share with the larger team
•
Identifies key influencers to potentially partner with in paid campaigns and other brand initiatives
•
Assists manager in mapping out influencer calendar
•
Supports ongoing influencer discovery and vetting by researching potential partners and evaluating brand alignment, content quality, audience fit, engagement, and overall partnership potential.
•
Monitors social channels for organic VICI mentions and emerging creator opportunities, helping identify potential new partners and ensuring relevant creator content is surfaced to the Influencer team**.**
INFLUENCER COMMUNICATION RELATIONSHIPS
•
Identifies and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and bloggers in the fashion and lifestyle space
•
Creates and develops outreach emails to influencers that are polished and on-brand for gifting and key campaigns
•
Conducts creator outreach for gifting initiatives and campaigns, including initial outreach, follow-ups, confirmations, and ongoing communication with participating creators and/or their managers.
•
Cultivates and strengthens ongoing influencer relationships through thoughtful partner touchpoints, including tracking birthdays, anniversaries, and key milestones, and coordinating personalized gifting, flowers, and other relationship-building initiatives.
REPORTING
•
Helps manager with gathering insights and weekly + monthly reporting on collaboration performance
•
Tracks creator performance and helps identify partners demonstrating strong sales, engagement, or content performance for potential future gifting, paid partnerships, and other brand opportunities.
OTHER
•
Supports influencer team with influencer outreach, follow-ups, and confirmations for influencer events, including scheduling, gifting coordination, and other logistical needs.
•
Supports influencer team with influencer event execution and assists/attends key influencer events and activations
•
Supports other ad-hoc marketing projects and influencer initiatives, including gifting campaigns, giveaways, influencer collaborations, dressing doc creation, creative briefs, and other projects as needed.
•
May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company
•
Supports onboarding of new influencer partners by ensuring creators have the appropriate discount codes, affiliate linking information, campaign expectations, brand guidelines, and resources needed to successfully begin working with VICI.

Strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and best practices.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work effectively in a team environment
•
Skilled at communicating clearly both verbally and in writing
•
Excellent problem-solving skills: willingness to think out-of-the-box to resolve issues
•
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac and Google products and standard applications (Slack, Chrome, etc.)
•
Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
•
Strong attention to detail
Work Environment:
•
Works in an indoor office/home office environment
•
Sit for long periods, standing and walking intermittently
•
Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
•
Occasionally lift or pull up to 20 pounds
Education and Experience:
•
Located in or near Walnut Creek, California
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in a related field preferred
•
2-3 years’ experience in Influencer Marketing Field, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
•
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
•
Strong PC skills are required, including working knowledge of standard MS Office applications and Microsoft Project
Expected Hours of Work:
•
This is a full-time non-exempt position
•
Required to go in-office at the VICI Office in Walnut Creek, up to 3 days a week as determined by management – cadence is dependent on current initiatives and off-site in-person needs
