Responsibilities
•
Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry projects
•
Install and replace doors and trim
•
Complete drywall repairs and painting projects
•
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
•
Complete general home maintenance and repair tasks
•
Handle minor roofing, siding, and trim repairs (preferred)
•
Communicate professionally with homeowners
•
Manage customer expectations throughout each project
•
Accurately estimate project time and material requirements
•
Complete basic job documentation and paperwork
•
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Requirements
Must Have
•
10+ years of direct experience in home improvement or residential construction
•
Strong finish carpentry skills
•
Experience across multiple trades including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical
•
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
•
Ability to manage homeowner expectations
•
Ability to accurately estimate labor and material requirements
•
Reliable, dependable, and courteous attitude
•
Own professional-grade tools
•
Own a professional-looking van or truck
•
Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
•
Ability to pass a background check
