Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Shift: 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed.
The Counselor is responsible for facilitating all clinical services for the program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with the program’s clinical philosophy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•
Evaluate the behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and their families. Regularly consult with the treatment team to develop and track progress toward treatment goals in line with clinical policy and accreditation guidelines.

Facilitate clinical services for clients, including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and communication with referral sources and outpatient providers as applicable.
•
Maintain clinical records, ensuring appropriate documentation of clinical services and client engagement in ECR according to program policy.
•
Provide timely documentation and support for utilization review, participating in the UR process as outlined in program policy.
•
Assist in the development of aftercare plans and outcome data processes as needed.
•
Contribute to program-specific curriculum development, literature reviews, and training in accordance with the clinical philosophy.
•
Participate in the on-call rotation as directed by the supervisor and in accordance with program policy.
•
Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.
•
Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention.
•
Complete all required training.
•
Perform other duties as assigned.

Clinical Licensure (one of the following): LCADC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, LGADC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD.
