Outbound Marketing Specialist (B2B Lead Generation, LinkedIn & Cold Email) – Remote | EST Hours

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Outbound Marketing Specialist to build and execute scalable B2B outbound systems targeting high-value prospects.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered around:

B2B lead generation

LinkedIn prospecting
•
Cold email outreach
•
Prospect research and list building
•
Multi-channel campaigns
•
Copywriting and personalization
•
Pipeline generation
You’ll own the outbound process from prospect identification → outreach → engagement → qualified conversation.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B buyer psychology, knows how to build targeted outbound campaigns, and can continuously test and improve messaging based on performance.
What You’ll Own
B2B Outbound Strategy & Campaign Development
•
Build and execute outbound strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
•
Develop scalable outbound playbooks, sequences, and prospecting workflows
•
Design campaigns focused on generating qualified conversations and meetings
•
Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
•
Test different:
•
Audiences
•
Messaging angles
•
Offers
•
CTAs
•
Outreach sequences
•
Continuously improve outbound performance through structured experimentation
Prospect Research & List Building
Build highly targeted prospect lists using tools such as:
•
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
•
Clay
•
Apollo
•
ZoomInfo
Segment prospects based on:
•
Industry
•
Company size
•
Geography
•
Job title
•
Seniority
•
Buying signals
•
ICP fit
You’ll also:
•
Research companies, decision-makers, and relevant buying triggers
•
Enrich and validate prospect information
•
Maintain clean and organized prospect databases
•
Prioritize quality and relevance over simply maximizing list volume
Cold Email & Multi-Channel Outreach
•
Build and manage outbound campaigns across:
•
Cold email
•
LinkedIn
•
Direct prospect engagement
•
Create personalized outreach sequences for high-value prospects
•
Manage follow-up cadences to maximize responses
•
Monitor email deliverability and campaign health
•
Optimize outreach based on:

Positive reply rates

LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement
•
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage target prospects

Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Build relationships with decision-makers through thoughtful engagement
•
Support founder and company positioning through LinkedIn
•
Create content designed to attract relevant B2B audiences
•
Engage with target prospects and communities to increase visibility and trust
•
Turn LinkedIn engagement into qualified conversations and pipeline opportunities
Outbound Copywriting & Personalization
Write compelling copy for:
•
Cold emails
•
LinkedIn messages
•
Connection requests
•
Follow-up sequences

Campaign CTAs
•
Lead magnets
You’ll:
•
Personalize messaging based on prospect context and pain points
•
Develop value propositions that resonate with B2B decision-makers
•
Test hooks, subject lines, CTAs, and positioning

Improve messaging based on real prospect responses

Balance personalization with scalable execution
Lead Magnets & Conversion Assets
•
Develop lead magnets and value-driven assets that support outbound campaigns
•
Identify offers that create a compelling reason for prospects to engage
•
Test different conversion assets across target audiences
•
Improve campaign-to-conversation conversion through stronger positioning and offers
CRM & Pipeline Management
•
Maintain accurate prospect and campaign records
•
Track conversations and opportunities inside CRM systems such as HubSpot
•
