Role Overview
CommerceIQ is looking for a Technical Lead – IT Systems & Asset Management to own and lead corporate IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management, identity, IT assets, enterprise applications, security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead IT Systems Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
•
Manage endpoint/MDM platforms such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, Intune or equivalent.
•
Own IT Asset Management including procurement, inventory, allocation, tracking, lifecycle, and disposal.
•
Manage SSO, MFA, IAM, user provisioning, and access management.
•
Administer enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
•
Drive IT security, compliance, patching, endpoint protection, and access governance.
•
Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
•
Drive IT automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or APIs.
•
Manage IT vendors, licenses, renewals, and technology evaluations.
•
Define IT processes, SLAs, documentation, and operational standards.
•
Act as the technical escalation point for complex IT issues.
•
Mentor IT engineers and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
•
10–12 years of experience in IT Systems Administration / IT Operations.
•
Strong Windows/macOS administration and troubleshooting experience.
•
Hands-on experience with MDM, IAM, SSO, and endpoint security.
•
Strong IT Asset and SaaS License Management experience.
•
Good knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise IT systems.
•
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar ITSM tools.
•
Strong scripting/automation skills.
•
Experience with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / IT compliance is a plus.
•
Strong leadership, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on technical leader who can own IT systems end-to-end, improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, strengthen security, and provide technical direction to the IT team.
