About the role
Atlean Hub is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team in Vila Nova de Famalicão. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you’ll be involved throughout the hiring process — from finding and screening candidates to interviewing them and matching the right people with our clients’ needs.
What you’ll be doing
•
Review and screen CVs according to specific recruitment requirements
•
Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for different positions
•
Create, format and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms
•
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
•
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
•
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
•
Prepare and submit qualified candidates to fulfill client recruitment requests
•
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process
•
Support the team with daily recruitment administration and coordination
•
Work closely with recruiters and the wider Atlean Hub team to achieve hiring targets
Requirements
•
Fluent English — mandatory
•
Portuguese is welcome but not mandatory
•
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration or customer-facing roles is a plus
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Comfortable working with multiple tasks and priorities
•
Proactive, reliable and willing to learn
•
Good computer skills and confidence using online platforms
•
A genuine interest in working with people and recruitment
