Responsibilities
Principal Responsibilities:
Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s). This job may include any aspect of field/customer support, and is not limited to system hardware and software。
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment。
Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
Determines most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
Requirements
Required Skills:
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1+ years of related experience
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
•Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
•Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
•Must be able to exchange accurate information
•Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
•Ability to observe documents and details at close range(within a few feet of the observer）
•Dedication to safety to mitigate hazards including handling mechanical and electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heat
•Noise level in the work environment is usually average

Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Supervision: Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments.
Experience & Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred. Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
