You’re expected to actively leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate your own development cycles, improve code quality, and explore better solutions faster. You ship across borders You’ll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple European offices - getting exposure to how distributed, international engineering organizations actually operate.
