Roles & Responsibilities
•
Manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
•
Perform Process Selection and Planning to support efficient manufacturing operations and optimum resource utilization.
•
Execute Capacity Planning to balance workload, production requirements, and available manufacturing resources.
•
Drive effective Follow-up and Execution of production plans to ensure adherence to schedules and delivery commitments.
•
Conduct Estimating Quantity and Cost of Production to support planning and operational decision-making.
•
Prepare and maintain MIS Reports related to production planning, inventory status, and production performance.
•
Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, and Sales Departments to ensure raw materials are arranged on time and customer orders are delivered as per schedule.
•
Prepare efficient Monthly and Weekly Production Schedules based on sales forecasts, customer demand, and production capacity.
•
Manage Production Scheduling activities and Release Offers to Group Companies as per business requirements.
Profile Requirements
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
•
3 to 8 years of experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC) within a manufacturing environment.
•
Strong knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), production scheduling, process planning, and capacity planning.
•
Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams including Production, Purchase, Sales, and Stores.
•
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
•
Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS report generation.
•
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•
Experience in CNC Cutting Tools, Precision Engineering, Machining, or Metal Components Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
