This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

Requirements
sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. we hire for drive, communication and curiosity — we’ll teach the rest.
? how long is it
twelve months, in three stages - you start as an SDR or Product Specialist, rotate through a mid-stage role, then specialize in an advanced one.
? what happens at the end
your advanced role becomes permanent - AE, AM, RevOps, Marketing or Product Management. real ownership inside reonic, not busywork.

The program starts on 1st September with a batch of 3-4 people
