In collaboration with the manager, the supervisor coordinates field training, workforce development, payroll and timekeeping processes, equipment readiness, and system-wide operational support. Finally, the supervisor serves as a key resource for frontline staff, maintaining operational readiness, facilitating communication, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery, patient care documentation, and team performance.
