As an Analyst in Research Consulting you will play a crucial role in supporting research projects and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and develop data reports and contribute to the advancement of healthcare solutions.
This position is a hybrid rolebased in Zagreb and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
•
Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies and research materials.
•
Manage vendors and project documentation.
•
Perform desk research and open-ended coding.
•
Assist in data analysis and provide support across qualitative and quantitative research projects.
•
Help develop reports and presentations based on research findings.
•
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
•
Provide support in client proposals development.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Sociology, Life Sciences Business or Data Analytics.
•
1-2 years of experience in market research or consulting roles, with focus on creating client presentations, proposals and research reports.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
•
Advanced Excel and Power Point.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Fluency in both English and Croatian.
