Audit Programs and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs to assess trust and safety compliance.
Conduct on-site and remote compliance audits for trust and safety compliance.
Review and analyze audit findings, identifying non-compliance issues and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to date with relevant policies, procedures and SOPs
Lead and mentor a team of trust and safety compliance auditors.
Provide guidance, training, and support to audit team members to ensure effective audit execution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to trust and safety.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including fraud operation teams, product teams, quality assurance, supply chain and legal to address compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and organized audit records and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trust and safety compliance processes.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures.
